We know very well how difficult it can be to come home from vacation. Especially a vacation at a Sandals Resort where everything is included! Everyone has their favorite island cocktail, so why not bring home some of the fun with these Sandals drink recipes?
Dirty Banana Frozen Drink Recipe
One of my favorite cocktails is the Dirty Banana at Sandals Resorts. The creamy, refreshing frozen blend of rum, banana, milk and ice is the perfect drink to sip in the warm sun by the pool.
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. rum-based coffee liqueur (I use Tia Maria)
1 oz. rum cream
2 oz. milk
½ oz. simple syrup
½ banana
1 cup ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, pour and garnish with skewer of sliced bananas. Serve and enjoy!

Sandals Hummingbird Cocktail
This delicious cocktail features rum cream and coffee liqueur and is a specialty in Jamaica. We’re confident you can recreate your own “no worry moment” with this Sandals drink recipe.
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. rum cream liqueur
1 oz. coffee flavored liqueur
1 oz. milk
1/2 oz. strawberry flavored syrup
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cheers!
Cool Runnings
This Cool Runnings cocktail is a crowd favorite at all Sandals and Beaches Resorts This Sandals drink recipe looks and tastes just like vacation.
Ingredients
3/4 oz. spiced rum
3/4 oz. coconut rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. orange juice
Splash of grenadine
Splash of lime juice
Directions
Fill a 16 oz glass with ice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Pour over ice. Top with a cherry and a rum floater and enjoy!
Blue Hawaiian
The Blue Hawaiian is Eileen’s favorite island drink, and is really simple to make!
For each cocktail you wish to make, combine the following in a blender and puree until smooth:
1 oz light rum
1 oz blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1 cup crushed ice
Garnish with sliced pineapple and a cherry and enjoy!
*Make it family friendly by substituting Blue Cream Soda and Lime juice for the rum and Curacao!
